Side to Side Plies: hold it for 30 seconds, 10 times. |
Crescent Kicks: repeat this move 10 times. |
Inner Thigh Attitude Pulse: repeat this movement 15 times. |
Towel Squeeze Bridge: repeat this movement 15 times. |
Seated Bent-Knee: repeat this exercise 20 times. |
Frog: repeat this movement 15 times. |
Butterfly Stretch: hold this position for 30 seconds, and then relax. |
My 1st Time Making Cake Pops
I decided to make chocolate strawberry cake pop the "easy" way via the instructions from the YouTube clip from my previous blog post. To be honest, I think it's more hard than easy... there is just too much waiting time in between the steps. That is my opinion. In the end, I got lazy and just decorated one nice one and the rest I just threw these green sugar pearls on the cake pops. Taste-wise, it was pretty good, sweet and moist.
